Discounts:
The Web Store provides discounts for certain program combinations. For example, if you purchase the basic windows logbook, then you are eligible for a discount on handheld companions ordered at the same time.
You will see the discounts you are eligible for on the shopping cart page. Add an item to your shopping cart by selecting "Buy" for that item. This will take you to the shopping cart page and after your cart contents, there may be a list of discounted items. If there are no items, then the purchase is not eligible for some reason.
Eligible items will show the discounted price and percentage off. The discounted price will be shown in the shopping cart if you add the item to your cart.
Occasionally, bulk discounts will be offered on the Front Beach website. These will show on the web store as a reduced price instead of a discount.
Coupons:
Online coupons are used to provide discounts on a case-by-case basis. You will normally receive an online coupon code via email. On occasion, Front Beach Systems may provide a coupon code on the website for promotional purposes. When you receive a coupon, you will also be provided the terms for its use. Some coupons are one-time use and others may expire on a certain date/after x number of days. This information will be provided with the coupon code.
In any case, you would use this coupon during the checkout procedure. After adding the item(s) designated in the coupon to your shopping cart, you should click on "Checkout" to continue (remember the sale is not finalized until you click "Submit Order" on the last step).
NOTE: Coupons are typically not available for items already discounted. If this is the case, the web store will provide an error message stating there are no eligible items in your shopping cart for the given coupon.
