For all issues, please provide as much information as possible:
Sales issues should include the product name, version and a sales reference number (Order Number)
Program support issues should include the program name, version and date from the About box. Also, provide device/PC information to include operating system. Provide as many details as possible, particularly if you are reporting a bug.
